Quality and papers
What we guarantee, and where it ends.
Most problems in this trade come from unclear responsibility. Ours is agreed in writing, and it continues past our gate.
Stage 1
From your sample
Our responsibility starts the moment you approve a sample, not when you pay.
Stage 2
Through grading and sealing
Graded, checked against your approved sample, bagged and sealed under our own supervision. The seal number is recorded on the documents.
Stage 3
Until it clears Indonesia
We handle loading, port and export clearance. After that, responsibility follows the agreed shipping term (EXW, FOB, CNF), which we confirm in writing beforehand.
Four things we guarantee.
Shipped as approved
The material in your container matches the sample you approved. If a lot does not match and we find it before departure, we replace it or hold the shipment.
Papers that match the goods
Every export document is prepared from the actual shipment, not a template. A mismatch between papers and goods is what delays containers at customs, so it is the last thing we check before sealing.
Every lot recorded
Lot, batch and shipment details are recorded in our ERP at each step. If you reorder years later, we can supply the same material, milled the same way.
The same team, every time
The same people grade and pack your order each time, and our export documents team has years of experience. You deal with us directly, without an agent.
Documents we produce as standard
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of origin
- Bill of lading
- Phytosanitary certificate
- CITES export permit (on request)
- Fumigation certificate
- Export declaration
The exact set depends on the destination and the material. We confirm it with you before booking, and we will tell you if a document is requested that your shipment does not need.
On CITES
Some of our materials are listed in Appendix II of CITES. This is not a ban. The trade is legal with the correct documents, and we hold the licences to export.
Send us your list and we will confirm which items need a permit.
